Explain "How" you can choose to deal with this stress and what you can do lifelong to continue to deal with stress.
6. There are many types of birth control. Abstinence is the only form that will keep you 100% safe from pregnancy and STI contraction. Compare the differences between two types of contraceptives. One must be a "hormone" based contraceptive. Compare their effectiveness, advantages over other methods and cost. Also include their accessibility, as well as side effects and risks associated with that method. Include how the method of birth control works to prevent pregnancy.
